When either sex literally won't give oral but demands and expects to receive lengthy oral themselves?
This isn't a judgement question at all as for example id be perfectly willing to give head to a man or female without expecting anything in return. That's my pleasure.
But technically, is it a bit selfish to demand it but not ever give it yourself?

I am also happy to give but not get in return...with a guy anyway...but for that to be expected is not on....anything being expected is kind of a turn off for me tbh  |

Strangely I have met a few women who made it clear they would not suck or fuck as they considered that unfaithful to their hubands but who were very happy to receive oral from me. Odd but I wouldn't call it selfish. |

As others have said to demand/expect it without discussion is incredibly selfish and I probably wouldn't progress to a meet under those circumstances, but if it were discussed up front and agreed by all concerned it's somewhat different.
We all have our likes/dislikes etc and if giving oral happens to be a dislike for someone, even though they enjoy receiving it, I'm not going to complain if they've been open and honest about it from the start. |

In this setting, everyone is entitled to set out what they expect to receive and what they won't give. It's not selfish. Selfish is if they refuse to give you any sort of pleasure in return.
And I would rather someone not give me a certain act than do it begrudgingly.. |
