Strange question about cramp

Does anybody else get cramp in their toes. I did last night and it put pay to my fun

And I've had trouble walking all day.

I used to get cramp in my toes many years ago Never during play thankfully! A foot massage relieves the tension I've found but since I took up running I've not had it again

Believe it or not, tonic water is very good for it as one of the ingredients is quinine

Were you in the throes of passion when it happened OP? How awful!

I get it in my feet and just get up and force myself to walk but it's very difficult.

Yes the wife and I where having great fun upto that point. That put pay to me but her cube came to her rescue. I'm now away working until Friday so no hope for me.

The wife used to get cramp,and often while having sex but drinks a bottle of mineral water every day now, she doesn't get cramp so often.....sex hasn't increased tho lol
