How do you propose they should be prevented from being posted, if they weren't 'allowed'?
Maybe people shouldn't be allowed to post pics they've pinched off the internet here either, why hasn't anyone had that bright idea yet? |

Pointless really, I moderate for POF and kick off a load of Google image search matches every week. I cannot see Fab doing the same. If you want to be a pixel puppet go ahead. It won't help you get meets. |

there is photoshopping and there is photoshopping to the point where you can get a widely inaccurate presentation..
even a live pic can be easily altered..
without it sounding bad, most women 'alter' themselves anyway...of course the same thing applies, theres makeup and then theres clownery |

Absolutely not. Its false advertisement in my opinion."
And I'm sure the Trading Standards Agency would be verrry interested in your case |

"Yes.
Even if it totally changes a persons appearance?? "
so you wish someone else eg. "the fab law" resolve your problems? Well, life doesn't work like this. Grow up, and deal with it, sometimes people cheat. Even if they intentions are good - like they want just look little bit better. |

I feel that the photoshopping of photos, in moderation, is fine and admit to using it. It is really helpful for correcting tonal balance and any exposure errors. I also will remove the odd bit of distracting background at times as I seems to be very good at managing to get annoying plug sockets sneek into my unprocessed pictures. |

We meet people from here in clubs only and only twice did we have to make our excuses. They had gained several Kilograms overnight, aged about 15 years and he had shrunk by 3" in height whilst in the shower; and I am not talking about his cock as, after all those 'alterations', I was in no mood to find anything more about them

Yes. Camera angles can do that anyway. Even if someone sends me a full length well lit pic with no alterations, I still might not like them when we meet in real life. Pics aren't that important to me. |

Why 'grow up'? |

Yes.
Even without Photoshop the camera can be made to lie. Careful angles, clothes etc all can help to flatter a model. Photoshop used well is just another method of making a photo look better. |

"Should photoshopped photos be allowed on here??
For a person who has no pics why does it bother you ?"
^^ Exactly! Why should this concern you? It's not as if you show anything, so why worry? |

"Should photoshopped photos be allowed on here??"
I would say a fair few of ours are photoshopped. I use photoshop to change the lighting or colour, change to black and white, blurt faces, crop the photos. The cleverest thing I've done is remove a drinks glass from a coffe table because it spoilt the general artistic effect of the pictures.

"Isn't photoshop doing for photos what make-up etc is doing for real life? "
Make up can't take 4 inches off your waist...or add them to your bust...as far as I know...don't spose it will be long tho eh? |

To improve the quality of the picture I think is fine - cropping, adjusting to make the pic lighter or blur out identifying features but to mislead isn't.
I saw an example the other day that made me laugh, they'd either added or augmented their six pack but in the process failed to spot that they no longer had a belly button |

Well I've used it to cover my face and correct one and add boarders and lettering ect .so yes it should be allowed .
But for total change to picture no it shouldn't be ..but how are you going to stop it?
Some people will always bend the truth ,lie ,use fake pics or change their own pics to something unrecognisable from the origional. Is it right ..no but that's where your own common sense and vetting coming in. Stops you that from being caught out and then if reported stops others falling for fake pics |
