Kinda. It helps to know who I definitely don't want to meet. Although I rarely consider meeting anyone on the forums for more than a social in any case.

Yes. No bugger off the forum will meet me so I guess they do!

I use it as both a positive and negative filter.

There are some people I probably wouldn't be interested in if I read their profile alone, but their forum presence intrigues me or draws me to them and then I find they're really rather fantastic people when you get to know them!

Yes...my primary source for blocking. I know some women may have had a bad couple of days at full moon and their hormones are ouzing out of their pores but maybe it's be better if they were locked up in a bunker than be on the forum those few days...but they choose not sometimes lol.

I know I've been blocked from my forum posts before. But I don't block unless they're offensive to me.

I just make Private Notes on their profile about things they've said.

No I don't use what people say on the forums as a filter. I know how pissed off I've been when my character has been misinterpreted due to something I say in the forum. I think most people be very different in reality than how they are behind a keyboard. I might however identify someone I am interested in from what they say in the forums.

No we don't, well most of the time.

The forum is a place to debate, chat and bandy ideas around.

The only time we have ever been inclined to use the forum as a filter was when a guy we had blocked decided to contact us through it!
