Has anyone every tried any of the electric shock wand type things?
Curious about them, for those that have, any suggestions of a good one to try?

I used to have one that you used various glass attachments with, I didn't find it strong enough if I'm honest. Much prefer the electoral kits, with patches, bit like tens machine. |

What, are you actually thinking of?
3 main electrosex toys
1 violet wand, using normally neon filled glass electrodes to form very very high voltages with static electric effects quite sensual
2 estim/eostech and the such same as tenns machines used to stimulate the nerve ending etc, great fun epically with internal probes etc, pleasure and pain options

I tried them at a kink night. Didn't think it was all that good. Had it turned up full and barely felt it. Others thought it was painful, suppose it's all different for everyone. Wouldn't be in any rush to try it again

Violet wand won't be much good if you buy a cheep machine of unknown ancient origin, if you do buy an old one where you don't know it's history or via an unknown seller treat it with care, always use it via a glass element, never direct contact and make sure you do via an RCD mains plug adaptor, you could be connecting yourself to the mains.
Don't think it's a good idea to get more power from it by using it on 110v setting you will burn it out and maybe yourself.
They are best brought from a reputable dealer like Nick and Morphia who are round on the fetish fair scene.
They have to be used right once in actual contact you will feel no effect the sparks must 'fly' to get the benifit, secondary contacts and things like vampire gloves, bear claws and metallic floggers are great fun, but getting one off the car boot and having a go might not be the best idea!
The tenns type machines are good fun and can be very productive, and as I said the odd £1 off the car boot sale is great for punishment, however with all of these electrical toys just remember make sure no heart conditions, ideally don't play above the waist and don't ever do something that would form a circuit across the chest! |

Got a violet wand from lovehoney is fantastic, better used for foreplay. A Must get is the attachment that turns you into the 'wand' the 'sparks' come out of your finger tips onto your partners skin. Very sensual and sexy. Great in the dark. |

A few years back I made myself a shock toy by reboxing an electric fly swat. Made some nice sparks when applied and apparently stung like a bitch, especially on sensitive areas. Spanking said bits with one of the fly swats can be fun and certainly a different sensation.
Thing to remember with estim style toys is that its the current that you feel so if the electricity is applied over a smaller contact area the senations experienced intensify.
Same is true with a violet wand. Use your whole hand as the electrode, tingly and sensuous. Pick up a dentists pick and run its tip down somebodys body, your likely to leave marks and it may hurt like a bitch. You can do temporary branding like this if your so minded |
