It's was a serious post to be fair. Why not, me and my wife are looking for a dwarf male or female it's a fantasy she has had for ages. So was hoping someone could help out finding someone.

If that's how you feel fair enough but if that's what my wife finds pleasure in what is so wrong with that?

Northamptonshire

We had a amazing opportunity to meet here one of those little ladies, not only very petite, but single unicorn and very nice and polite.

Great time, great person. Shame she is not any more here or in touch with us.

Still all the best for her!!

I used to live with someone who has dwarfism and I'll tell you now they didn't really go for the term 'dwarf'. They have dwarfism. Can't say that applies to everyone with the condition, but just leaving it out there as a word of advice.

To be fair we were concerned about the wording when putting this up because we don't want to offend people in anyway shape or form. Thanks for the words of advice.

I don't think it's any different to people specifying BBC only, or muscly guys only etc, dwarves have sex too you know. Why shouldn't a person seek them out if they so desire.

I'm 4'9 so technically a "little person" I have sex and it's fucking great, I imagine I'm not the shortest person on the site, and I would imagine there are those with dwarfism on here too.

Good luck.

Exactly this. I often read folk asking for tall men, big women, slim etc.

I have come across a couple on here, both are 'little people'. Don't worry about using the word dwarf as offensive since it's only a word and is one that describes exactly who you're looking for.

Like I said, I only have real experience of one person, but to that person (and her sister, also suffering from dwarfism) the term 'dwarf' was offensive.

By all means approach with an open mind, but perhaps initiate with mindfulness and take it from there.

Happy fabbing x

Perhaps an inconsiderate turn of phrase, I didn't mean offense.

Not actually an answer to the question asked.

Which gives me pretty much the answer I was looking for and suspected reasoning behind you comment.

There use to be a guy that attended Eureka's in Kent.

He had dwarfism, looked like TL and was very popular with the ladies...

May be it was him, this was before GoT...

Apologies, I let my sarcastic streak get the better of me sometimes

My point is that this person I knew, if describing her condition, would never use the word dwarf and would instead always say dwarfism. It never occurred to me to describe her as a dwarf, she was her name. Granted this is one person and feelings may differ, but how many other disabilities or conditions are used as a differentiating description? I don't think many.

Max and Paddy 'Road to Nowhere' :

Paddy: You mean she was a dwarf?

Max: No she wasn't a dwarf, she was a midget.

Paddy: There's no difference...

Max: There is actually! Mr Politically Incorrect. Dwarfs for your information are in the circus and do cartwheels. Midgets are like normal people just shrunk down.

Paddy: Well you live and learn.

But in seriousness, 'dwarf' is an acceptable, non-offensive term for people with dwarfism.

Well we can't decree what people find offensive, whether we agree with their opinion or not.

"Well we can't decree what people find offensive, whether we agree with their opinion or not."

People with dwafism use the term dwarf on social websites etc. If they aren't offended and use it, I think it's ok too.

The proffesionally offended can do as they want

Being a short person i think its actually refreshing to see people being positive about smaller people. I know its a preference but there are so many threads and profiles etc demanding you must br over a certain height
