Recently had a crash in my new beloved Fiat 500.... 3 weeks later garage called to say my car is ready to be delivered. As I was working said they would leave on the drive and post keys. Get home and so excited to see it looking good as new sitting on my drive. Jump in to take it out for a spin and to my surprise I see my favourite vibrator in the 'drinks well'  It has been missing for about 6 weeks! 
Did make me giggle and I'm sure guys in the garage had a good laugh too  |

Hahaha.....it used to perform great hence being my fav.
Going to buy a box of donuts, print of one of my fab pics on A4 gloss and sign it.....'Thanks 4 fixing my car & finding my vibrator' xxx |

I did some research - purely in the interest of helping you pick the right picture, you understand. It turned into quite extensive research (you have some very nice pics to choose from).
So the recommendations are:
faceless lady holding your boobs;
lying down, red lingerie, sultry look;
legs! (17th May); or...
...nurse.
