Dirty People

Has anyone experienced going to someones house for a meet, to find a really dirty house or a smelly person?

I realise some people are poorer than others but it doesnt cost much to clean your house or wash.

How can some people live in such circumstances.?

This may surprise you but even wealthier people can people dirty and too lazy to clean.
