Don't laugh but I got a one way rubber bulb type pump from screwfix, it works a treat with a couple of bits of rubber hose attached, you can use it like a footpump while watching match of the day, but not with ur ipod in your ears.  |

What happens to the ipod then?

I have only had them done in hospital, very done a home kit.
When your in hospital its just a bottle with a point on the end and some KY.
Always say hold it in for 25-30 mins. As if am dying to go after 5 mins.
