"Anything to do with depression, low self esteem or seeking empathy. Really don't understand why people like to dicuss these kind of issues with non-professional strangers. "
I get why you would choose to avoid these and thankfully it's easy enough for anyone to avoid threads that are of no interest to them.
However, I think for some people, getting something off their chest to a stranger, professional or not could be beneficial to them, so I personally don't have a problem with it.

I get why you would choose to avoid these and thankfully it's easy enough for anyone to avoid threads that are of no interest to them.
However, I think for some people, getting something off their chest to a stranger, professional or not could be beneficial to them, so I personally don't have a problem with it.
