Yes sometimes but it's quite limiting and can be a bit uncomfortable on your back. |

I've used one, but it didn't have restraints on it. It had D shaped stirrups on the ends to put your feet in & short strap with a handle on running from the centre to hold on to |

These are an absolute favourite. 2 spreader bars, one for the feet on the ground, one for the wrists on a hoist. Fucking machine set to vertical, lube it up, switch it on and let it work its magic... |

You can get spreader bars with different attachments, a friend has one with an adjustable length dildo pole on it (Imagine an upside down T shape) so you can spread the persons legs, raise the dildo to impale them and they won't be doing anywhere lol |

Yes we've tried them, we've got a homemade one. Certain positions I enjoy but got into a really awkward position once and fell flat on my face because I couldn't keep my balance |
