I originally thought my surname was Irish because there is an Iris "tartan" although typically Irish, it`s a single colour! My surname is actually from the French for a wine waiter!

In the bridgnorth area there is an estate agent by the name of "Nick Tart" (had to pull over in fits when it dawned on me what his full name was ...probably just a company name anyway)

Used to be an electronics company in Portsmouth (or southampton I forget) called "Wayn Kerr"
