A few small hairs are ok but very bushy no
However I had hormonal issues in the past which prevented hair ever growing in that region so never needed to shave |

I don't think there should be a problem with woman letting it grow, I mean its only hair at the end of the day. |

I sometimes shave, sometimes have hair and I don't mind it on other people. It's only hair.
I like the feel of my armpit hair when it's stroked. Very soft and sensual. |

What a fantastic idea!
I've had mine lasered. But reading this thread makes me wish I could grow little underarm forests just to make a point. |

No no no no and even more no!! I'm all for burn the bra campaigns but hair apart from on the head is a big no!
I do think reading this thread tho that you blonde beauties are so lucky as you hair can't be seen. The slightest fluff on me can cause aircraft to come crashing down from Australia |

Y'know whilst it's not the conventional norm these days - I'm not totally averse to it!
As long as a lady is confident in herself and wants to let it grow, go for it!

I wouldn't mind copping an eyeful, if I were at the gym. But then again I'm a massive freak it seems lol |

It has varying degrees of success in different areas.
My lower legs are the very best. I don't shave for weeks at a time, and no one can even tell. And I'm mixed race, so you can imagine what they were like!
This took four treatments, and cost £750, about eight years ago. Best money ever spent.
My Brazilian is also lasered. It's £175 per session and I think I've had about seven, now. It's a longer job, but the results are wonderful. PM if you need to know anything, and I can go into detail rather than grossing out all the people here! |

"Yes, more hair the better. After all hair is there to trap pheromones amongst other things. My ex had hairy pits and bits and it was a huge turn on."
Did she Ley you cum over them? Now that would be amazingly sexy |

I'm lucky as I'm fair and not naturally very hairy but I keep my pits hair free at all times. While I might let legs and bikini line slide a little if they're not going to be seen (which is rare anyway between the gym and swimming) I can't bring myself to let my pits grow. Not sure why, I think in the back of my mind it's the (probably erroneous) fear that the hair will trap sweat and am then more likely to smell. |

Body hair - armpits !! OMG !!! Horror !!
Shame, its hair that stops the pores becoming blocked with antiperspirant use... hence they believe this the reason more women get mammary cancer than males... males typically don't shave the pits, therefore the lymph gland are free to do their job, to remove contaminants from the body - oncology units are recommending natural underarm treatments instead of antiperspirant - and advise shave as little as possible.... |

Thankyou! That sounds great actually especially the lower legs,I'm quite sensitive to shaving so to not do it would be ideal, especially as it's prickly the following day anyway. If I didn't still have thing's that need doing in my home I'd be sorely tempted to look into it. |

Tell me about it! I tried Veet, once, on my lower legs. The skin came off, but the hairs didn't. I cried. That's when I knew I needed laser treatment! |

Blink . Actually that reminds me I used it on my armpits once and must have left it on an extra minute by the time I got around to wiping it off,the pain was unbelievable! It was thrown in the bin and like you didn't get rid of the hair! |

heehee I thought this might be the case. I think I might just be a bit weird lol.
its funny how womens hairy pits are seen as discusting , yet nobody comments on guys hairy pits ,
surely theres no difference ?
"
Society conditioning.
Women can have their armpits how they see fit, in my opinion. Who are we to judge?
My female friend has hairy armpits and a beard, but I've never mentioned it to her, as I don't really care to be honest. |

Exactly this, I can't see how it matters. I expressed an opinion that I think it's sexy but I would never impose this on anyone. Hairy or not it is about the personal choice and there should be less pressure from media etc on people to conform to what is perceived as the perfect body. Surely we'd all be much happier if we didn't have magazines, tv etc shaming people for their looks, preying on people's insecurities to buy the latest product get the latest treatment just so that can look like the celebrity of the moment. I for one admire anyone that stands against these constaints put upon us and has the confidence to be just the way they are.

I am amazed how appalled people seem to be over something that grows naturally. Talk about making people feel like freaks for having hair? This is so wrong.
Incidentally, I tend to be shaved, but if a guy said I had to be then I wouldn't meet him, as I can do what the fuck I like. I'd probably grow it long just to piss someone off to be honest. |

It's totally your choice I admire that, like you say 100% your choice.
It's kind of what attracted me to the website, swinging really does stick two fingers up at those who say say you should just have tthe one partner. I mean if that works for you fine fair enough but we're going to be over here doing our thing, you can look and sneer as much as you like, but who are the ones having the fun!! |
