Before you do anything, consider the possible outcomes of any interaction with her, and whether you're prepared to deal with them. How much do you value your marriage? It might seem very tempting, but playing away so close to home could blow up in your face spectacularly!

There are two possible outcomes to this scenario. One is where everything goes well, you both have a fantastic time and see each other time and again, where there's no trouble ahead whatsoever and you might even have approval from her husband.
The other is where it all goes terribly wrong at some point and there's some kind of falling out with family and arguments for years ahead.
I know which one I'd put money on, so think carefully with your head and after you've had a wank, not before.  |

I know it's tempting mate, but you have to ask yourself, is it worth tearing up the family, whether it's your wife or brother's sister, that person will hate you for a long time. And if there's kids involved, it'll be really messy.

Something to think about..
I was a very happy man. My wonderful girlfriend and I had been dating for over a year, and so we decided to get married.
