Apparently it's to do with possible abuse of the person underneath?? You can do it but not on anyone??? Women got more chance of a pic getting up aswel? Not sure of the reason for that one!! Lol

Its because it's deemed as an obscene act under UK law . So it's prohibited to make such images in the UK, but perfectly legal to view images produced in countries where it's legal. This came in to force age's ago , we remember the mass facesit outside parliament at the time . |
