This is something we did recently. Found the right guy on a club night. In that environment a lot of the doubts about no-show, day-dreamer etc etc are excluded.

Agreed, not so bad for male half as my preparation is easy for a meet, but for the missus it's a different story, she wants to be at her best, then the childcare arrangements, last minute shopping and then when all that's sorted to be let down is really infuriating, when I was single I always rocked up no matter what x |

Same experience here. Been let down several times this year all by verified people.
Way too many verified fakes on here now too.
I'm also looking for a couple of guys for DV and I'm still looking for a bonified VWE dominant guy (note dominant, not a Dom or a Greywannabee AKA a con-Dom).
I'm pretty close to walking away from Fabs now as it's just not worth the time investment to wade through 100s of messages to set sonething up then get a no show. |

Probably just go to clubs and parties.
Plus there are other sites out there but I've stuck with Fabs as it was a great site, sadly now it's let down by fakes and time wasters.
The filtering options just arn't rigorous enough.
For example, why can't I block smokers?
I get so many messages from smokers despite my preferences and profile.

True. Unfortunately it means looking for people who have veris displayed and looking who verified them. Are they just webcam veris, is it a 'circular' veri group of self verifying fakes.
It might exclude some genuine people but if you are planning something it's a helpful way of not being let down. |

Booked a room at the hilton hotel, booked a baby sitter, rushed back from work early, guys definitely coming, text to say he's on his way, an hour later he's just leaving, 2 hours later doesn't turn up, doesn't answer phone, an expensive night for what we could have had at home.

Sorry to hear that you've had so many bad experiences recently. At least you chose to stay somewhere that does a decent breakfast. I can recommend the Greek yogurt, museli and fruit bowls as well as the fresh waffles.
OP the key for DVP is to find a guy that is flexible to go on top. You need to be able to pretty much do the splits while thrusting. Not the easiest thing but well worth it. |
