It is hard to explain without trying it. I was very sceptical until I finally had a go at wearing the cage a few days and had someone sexually arouse me.

Anything from 2 weeks to 3-6 months, just depends on how strict your keyholder is or how long you are trying to go longer for if training to go further each time.between orgasms. I know of people that have done several years of lock up, just milked using strapons and vibrating toys in their ass. |
