Haha sorry had to giggle at this 
When I first started using butt plugs (many years ago lol) I couldn't get the hang of it took a long time to get it in then when it was in I kept pushing it out not meaning to but my ass wasnt use to something being there I kinda had to train it not to push but to slightly yes slightly tense my bum cheeks to keep it in to get use to it

it does. i might be pushing it out without meaning to. i haven't used a plug in awhile and i just felt like putting one in for awhile, but was getting annoyed when it kept slipping out |

Best plug to get doesn't nessercerily need to be bigger, just get one with a bigger step between the shank of the plug and the bulb
Either by getting one with q thinner shank or a bulb with a wider bottom
If that makes sense  |

I had to go to E.R. when a boyfriend pushed a vibrator up my bum, they offered to remove it but I declined and settled for a couple of new batteries. |
