Not really no. Let's for the sake of it say you are made out of wood

Basically you have a grain that forms the shape of skin. Introducing a nipple bar might just make them flabbier which will mean they might poke. But other than that you are working against the grain.

Cosmetically not that hard to fix if you got the money for that.

Other than that I would agree with the other post. If it is recent get it checked out. Since the thing that can change said grain is things like tumors.

I think surgery can correct them if you want it.

No, not me, the Mrs has always had inverted nipples, just wondering if bars would help?
