We have always said right at the top of the profile that I don't like cock pics. We don't get too many sent to us, though we don't get many messages. But I have in the past asked men why they sent us one. A lot have apologised for causing offence. And a few say that they accidentally sent it. One guy told me I was in the minority. It's not the cock pic that offends me. It's the assumption that all women need a picture of a cock to help them choose I sex partner that offends me.

We tried to block men from contacting us because I got so fed up with the crass messages. However we found that men ceased to show on 'who's looked at me' including ones who were on our friends list. Not knowing when our male friends look at our profile doesn't work for us, so we allow men to message us now. Heavy filters has reduced our messages though. Having said that, if we were to do the searching ourselves we would have to sift through a lot of cocks before we found a handsome prince, so not sure blocking single guys is the solution. These days we tend to meet new people in clubs. That's really the best way to avoid shite messages and naf pictures - at least in a club nobody goes and slaps their cock on the table and says 'hi'.

I now stand corrected. I have since started a thread to find out what the other reasons could be, in order to correct my ignorance. When I thought there was only one reason I was basing my emotion on what I thought was fact, not assumption.
