It's more important men cum than women. After all if women stopped cumming nothing would happen, but if men stopped cumming the human race would die out within a generation.

nope, of course not. but eugenics (and choosing who breeds) has been the goal of many for a long time now.
and now we've got a functioning artificial womb i'm guessing women and men will be out of the criteria for making babies some day and all it'll be soon is genes that count. 
also they are trying to make embryos using male cells only. |

Apparently for prostate health it's not good for men to not cum for prolonged periods.
Scientists found that men who ejaculated 21 times or more a month had 33% less chance of developing prostate cancer. |
