Are you asking about post op trans men or women?

As post op people they quite often list themselves as straight if they only sleep with people of the opposite gender to the one they have aligned their bodies to.

They may not be forum users though.

"That'll be a no then? "

Wrong.

I describe myself as bi because I have, pre transition, slept with women and enjoyed aspects of that.

Post op, my natural inclinations come to the fore and i'm focused on men.

What will the future hold? I don't know. Sexuality I suspect is fluid and social conditioning leads us to define ourselves as hetero / homo / bi..

Personally I think should labels are more applicable to love relationships not the sex act. In which case I am 100% hetero

Bristol

Not many I would say, but I have met a couple.

Both where TS.

Tbh I don't think that has any impact though.

Your gender doesn't define your sexuality... So I hate generalisations.

" odd Tran claiming they are hetrosexual, "

Oh boy.... The question refers to Transsexuals not TV/CD's. The two are most definitely NOT the same.

As a post-op TS who describes herself as bisexual because I have, when forced to live a Transgender lifestyle as a man, slept with women and enjoyed aspects of that (giving oral)... I would suggest that the majority of Transsexual females are straight. That is the majority only sleep with men. I know that I certainly have post-op.

"I used the term TRAN... your just spreading confusion to a very simple thread""

Yes you used the words "odd Tran claiming to be Heterosexual".

From the perspective of a TV/CD who believes that their (often sexualised) behavior makes them the same as a Transsexual ie someone born with a deformed body that causes gender dysphoria, you may have the misplaced belief that most Transsexuals are gay/bi ie crossdressing males who have sex with other males. However this is not the case.

This question was about transsexuals. Not Transvestites or Crossdressering males, nor the wider umbrella term of Transgender that defines a person whose (daily not occasional) external gender expression doesn't match their physical sex and hence assigned gender at birth? It was about Transsexuals. That is those diagnosed with gender dysphoria, who have undergone cross sex therapies to correct the physical deformation of the bodies.

So on the subject of Transsexual females, the norm from my personal experience as a post-op Transsexual female is that the majority, as with the wider population, are straight ie sleep with men.

Note: If you class such females as gay because they sleep with men, then you are, by implication, not accepting them as female and are wherefore being Transphobic.

But yes. As a post op Transsexual female, I am obviously confused about the whole medical subject of Transsexualism, and am spreading confusion

Trans hierachy?

No sugar... I apply the medical and legal definition of Transgenderism / Transsexualism, not the political definition as promoted by the Gay Rights movement that wishes to see male TV/CD's defined as Transgender in law for the political advantage of LGB Plc

Let me quote the NHS for you....

"Gender dysphoria is a condition where a person experiences discomfort or distress because there's a mismatch between their biological sex and gender identity. It's sometimes known as gender identity disorder (GID), gender incongruence or transgenderism.

Some people with gender dysphoria have a strong and persistent desire to live according to their gender identity, rather than their biological sex. These people are sometimes called transsexual or trans people. Some trans people have treatment to make their physical appearance more consistent with their gender identity.

Gender dysphoria isn't the same as transvestism or cross-dressing and isn't related to sexual orientation. People with the condition may identify as straight, gay, lesbian, bisexual or asexual, and this may change with treatment."

"Come to the Attic swingers club on their Trans days, we can have some pics took together, we can post them online and let others judge whom is pretending to be a female...

"

Male/Female are sex categories

Man/Woman are social gender categories

Post pictures? OK. Your cock is on your profile. My fanny is on mine. Let ask shall we?

You may adopt the clothing of the social gender category "woman" but from looking at your profile you have a male sex. Therefore you are a male who dresses (occasionally maybe??) as a woman i.e. you are a TV/CD male. You are not, according to the NHS... Transgender / Transsexual.

As such my words are accurate. As I am a post-opertive Transsexual female i.e. I have a neo-vagina, I am classed in law as "female", so these words "Too busy being the female you like to pretend to be. Save your male competitive ego stuff for someone else." are valid.

Further, if you want proof of why you fail to understand what it is to be female, I suggest you re-read your words again...

"Come to the Attic swingers club on their Trans days, we can have some pics took together, we can post them online and let others judge whom is pretending to be a female..."

It is clear from this that you believe that being female is an "image". A "look" that can be put on or taken off as easily as a pair of knickers or boxer shorts. I guess you never learned to understand what sexism is. Nor how offensive it is for ALL females, to have their sex reduced down to an image.

I am female because I was born trans-female. Not because I wear knickers instead of boxer shorts. The years of medical assessments that I went through was to prove to the NHS that I have a physical birth condition that requires medical treatment. The NHS does not fund treatments based upon the sexual kinks of a male, but upon the medical needs of a female suffering a deformed body.

The image and gay sexuality based view of Transgenderism that you espouse is detrimental to the wellbeing and health of ALL trans people, but especially those per-puberty Transkids that could be treated before their bodies deformed, if it wasn't for the wider social opinion that being Trans is a sexual kink.So before you suggest I meet you in a sex club to see who "looks more like a female".... I suggest you stop and think about how it feels as a three year to be emotionally, psychologically and sometimes physically abused because society insists you are a boy, when you know that you are a girl.

You "act" like a woman in an attempt to "look" like a female.

I am a female. How I look is irrelevant.

To believe the female sex is validated by the mastery of a correct "look", is to be a sexist dick.

Now... I really am bored of this. So please stop with all the attacking BS and stop spouting on about something you clearly know nothing about.

Hugs

"Like said get out of the closet and lighten up"

I was told a long time ago that the difference between a TV and a TS was easy to see on any Friday or Saturday night.

The TV would be down the pub in a skirt that barely covered their male genitalia, visible suspenders, stockings, strutting about with more drama than a coach load of Drag Queens on the way to a wig sale, and putting on a sex show worthy of the cheapest sleaze bar in Lower Manhattan. All "look at me look at me"

The TS would be sitting at home in comfy sweatpants and a big baggy jumper to hide her deformed body, as she cried into her wine glass watching the chick flick. All "don't look at me. Don't look at me"

Sexual identity and sexuality are different and not necessarily interlinked. A biologically male person can transition to female but only be attracted to women.. although they term themselves as lesbian, not straight.

I had the pleasure of an afternoon of social chat over a coffee with her in a very public place. I listened to her and it is clear to see she is a woman. I wait for the day when she can remove the TV/TS label that she has to put up with simply because her genitalia do not match her true gender.

Welcome to the TranSisterhood. You'll find your sexuality will "evolve" as you cast off the shell of masculinity to reveal the transfemale you where born.

Remember.. you are not turning into a woman. You ARE a woman. One that is starting the process of fixing her deformed body.

it's not deformed it's just she's trapped in a body she doesn't want

"*mundane ill informed drivel removed*

Thank you for your input but I take advice from people who've transitioned before me. From my friends. Not from people who dress for fun.

I live my life my way. I'm out as me to my world. I walk my walk wherever I go and hold my head high.

If you were able to see my profile you'd see most of my pictures are of me in the real world.

Please refrain from presuming you know me. You clearly have not a clue.

To tell Rachael to get out of the closet and get out more, well that did make me chuckle.

I had the pleasure of an afternoon of social chat over a coffee with her in a very public place. I listened to her and it is clear to see she is a woman. I wait for the day when she can remove the TV/TS label that she has to put up with simply because her genitalia do not match her true gender.

She is very out indeed!

More falsehoods, I know far, far more than you realise about our mutual closeted friend but forum rules forbid one from airing such things in public and rightly so...

Sock puppets also spring to mind in this thread"

You know nothing that I haven't aired publicly on here. Stop attempting to play games. You're just increasing your unpopularity.

Just had to scroll to the top of the post to remind myself what the original question was.

"it's not deformed it's just she's trapped in a body she doesn't want "

Sort of. Most of the body is fine. Parts are deformed by testosterone. That's the birth condition. That deformity leads to emotional pain. Pain increased by society insisting the deformity defines the sex (gender) against the knowledge of the sufferer.

But the sentiment behind your post is understood and warmly welcomed.

What about those born one sex but who identify as the other surely they're not deformed

I feel sympathy and sadness for you . You seem to feel the need to constantly attack and this perhaps shows underlying issues. I hope one day you find the space to deal with them. Until that time comes, you may find the need to filter what you say or risk pushing everyone away. Whatever you do, I wish you all the best but I will not continue to feed your anger.

At the end of the day, I know what my eyes have seen. Rachael is very out indeed.

I don't think that was my intention, but I am sorry if you feel that my words had that effect.

maybe it's best to let everyone get it off their chest or agree to disagree as this subject often spirals off into name calling and innuendo they should all get together and play nice
