Been having a little bit of car trouble of late and had lots of (ridiculous) quotes to get the work done.
Someone I know a little has offered to do the work for next to nothing! He is very flirty, even to the point where I, who always have trouble reading such signals, have no problem recognising it. I'm wondering if he's offering to do the work hoping for a little summin summin! I don't particularly fancy him but I do like him in general.
Wondering what others would do in this situation?
Would you go along with the flirting to get the work done, or something else? |

I think for me it would depend a lot on how much I liked them, and whether I'd be willing to possibly lose a friend. But also how much the work would cost otherwise ![](/icons/s/mrgreen.gif) |

Use the tools that you have to get the job done.. you're not offering him anything.
We all have a bit of a flirt/be a bit suggestive at times if it helps to get on and there's nothing wrong with that IMO
Well, not all.. those that can do lol |

If he's offered to do the work for next to nothing and you trust him to do a decent job, then go for it. You've not offered him any 'perks' in return.
If you want to give his cylinder head a polishing in return then that's up to you ![](/icons/s/mrgreen.gif) |
