Hi best thing to do is relax as you start to play get a butt plug as they come in different size start with the smallest. Plenty of lube relax and take it slowly in. Then hold it in there for a while once your comfortable with that one move up to the next size and so on. |

keep working on sizing up until you hit the size you are looking to fit...
if a size is a little difficult to jump, then try playing with the smaller toy... draw it in and out... twist it lightly around whilst in (lubed!)...
also try fingers... start with one and work up slowly to three... you can angle your fingers to vary width easily.

You can always get a pump up one, start with a few pumps and slowly add more, this will stretch you and you can control the amount. You can leave them in all day if you want and keep reducing and then increasing the size again to get you used to feeling it filling you up... |
