I know this is a horrible shit subject.
anybody else feeling down feel like there's no way out? Keep coming onto this site just to feel wanted.
Pushing everyone away isn't nice.
I need to talk to someone but I'm too stubborn to talk about my feelings i need someone that really understands me lol.

This. Trying to push through it alone is not a good idea. I speak from experience here, I'm only alive because I got help. |

This is likely to be a destructive environment for anyone with depression, the 'up' is short lived and rejection can be common.
I was never one for talking but therapy helped me.. more than I realised at the time too. |

I would never be able to kill myself I have a lovely son. But it's so hard to do everything on your own when you have no family left. My story is shit but I've always got through anything but now it's got to the point I want to get away from everybody. |

Many healthcare areas now use online therapy. Its A cheaper than face to face meets. B Easier to fit around commitments. C quicker to arrange. D Easier for many needing to talk to someone as they don't feel confronted and under pressure.
Might be worth looking into that. While many likely do make long-term friends on here I wouldn't recommend this is your forum for talking or main area for socialising.
Good luck. |

Yes i agree depression is a horrible illness to live with. Both myself, my hubby and my lover all suffer. I am currently having a very bad day. So much so that even looking at my family is not making me want to stop around |

Swinging (in the form that prevails on Fab) is very superficial and titillating. At best it can be thrilling, at worst it can be degrading. The forums are also a bit of a low brow, yet fascinating, soap opera.
You either need to complement your swinging with a spiritual practice that grounds you or you need to find a way of swinging that's more soulful, both suggestions that half of forumites would spit their coffee out over as being evil despotic religious terrorist talk... but that's the way we see it. Good luck |

Best thing you can do is speak with your GP, a talk with them might help, they may give you a prescription for something to help you for a couple months, or they send you see someone who has more experience with the issues you need to beat.
The main thing is that you realise there is a problem, and that's the first step!
Good luck! |

I would urge you to visit your GP immediately my wife did but unfortunately got sidelined to a telephone call weekly answering questions and self marking. After 6 weeks she was "cured/better". Shortly after she attempted suicide. Only the fact that i home from work early by pure chance was i able to call an ambulance and save her life. That was 8 months ago and she has been a volunteer in patient at a psychiatric hospital for the last 5 months gradually deteriorating until last week she was sectioned.Go see your doctor tomorrow |
