Hi All , newish to the site and just getting use to it all.
Rather random topic here of dating , we need to have a dating board for the singles on here who might want to find a partner. Ultimately. Leading to extra fun for both parties on the site and more

I think it's a great idea! I for one would LOVE to find a girlfriend who is, shall we say, is VERY adventurous sexually. But, I would like that same girl to do normal "couple" stuff with too, like anyone would with a girlfriend/boyfriend. |

Plus, in my experience, POF is full of folk who are just looking for an ego boost, which they get from messages saying "Wow, you're really pretty/sexy/fit". I have had a belly full of timewasters on that site.  |

i've managed to get dates off there and was seeing someone last august-oct. then i fucked him and i never heard off him again. 
but mostly i got messages off guys mentioning fab and expecting a fuck, one was really rude about it as well...acting like he wanted to be friends then a few messages in he mentioned seeing me on fab (and not being able to message me on here) said he wanted sex, i told him he wasn't my type for sex and then i was 'not all that myself' blah blah blah...best bit was i could report him for asking me for sex on there so i did.  |

i know i've sort fo fucked up my dating chances by being on here coz that's it, if oyu stand out or have been popular at any point then people will recognise you off of here as well.
but it's kind of good too coz you know who are the guys only after sex. think i'd be gutted to be taken on a date and then pressured into sex for doing that. although i've been on dates with guys off fab and never felt pressured at least you know what their intentions are right from the start. |

I totally agree. I am also on POF, and I've had dates that have messed me around or let me down last minute. Yes, of course there are 'no-shows' on here too, but generally speaking, people on here are more honest and more reliable....with the exception of one or two idiot's!! I think it's a great idea. Some of us singles want a 'partner' with some kinky fun included, rather than a one-off or merely a fb!! |

you have to put a lot of effort in to find the right sites for you but if you do that it can work. and then of course if these sites become known amongst lazy. no effort gits circles that's it, they will be ruined too, just like all the popular sites are as of now for anyone looking for anything of substance. so you might have to keep looking for other sites.
i still think doing stuff offline and getting out to meets ups works best for meeting genuine people.
get adblock for sure, it's in add-ons for your browser usually. |

I've been seeking some one a long time to build something where We'd benefit from being open minded and the dating stuff but only when I'm free.

I have to say, there are a few girls on here who I would LOVE to date properly, and if anything sexual happened, then that would be a big bonus. I have had one or two offers from girls on here who wanted a boyfriend, but alas within a day or so they just go "POOF", and they are gone. |

Exactly! I tried POF & another site after my couple relationship ended, but came back to fab for that reason.

I would definitely be interested in some kind of dating board.... having started off on fab quite a few years ago as a single lady and more recently come out of a relationship ( a living together serious one over several years) with someone I met on here.... I definitely prefer the scene as part of a couple.... now I have a lot to sort out and need to give myself some time to heal before jumping into another relationship.... but I do know that when that time comes I wont want to go back to vanilla... for me as a single person the swinging world is very shallow, as a couple it is very enriching..... |

I met my last partner on here. Lasted 3 years but he was very jealous and controlling. We didnt swing at all.
I didnt mind being in a relationship but couldnt forget my Fab life. So whilst I wouldnt want to "date" towards a relationship at this moment, I wouldnt mind a date and nice evening with a like minded individual rather than just a social with a view to sex
