Serious question here
Beer belly - more cushion for the pushin or blockin for the rockin??
Seen plenty of profiles saying not looking for males with 'beer bellys' from women/couples who lets be honest dont do too bad in the belly dept!
Dont get me wrong I like my women big/small/large/thin etc but surely if your ruling out one type of body then shouldnt you at least practice what you preach so to speak?? |

different strokes different folks my friend eveybody looking for their thing , some only want black men , some only vwe , if the profile aint to your liking then ignore it and move on . as for the tin hat comment think what he means is you going to get a lot flack for it . best of luck . |

i have to disagree with you there.
this site enables people to select whoever they want. As a larger lady it doesn't mean i have to be attracted to bigger men.. personal preference |

Bigger hammer to hit the nail with?
To be fair, many people are on here to meet strangers/friends as a kinda fantasy.... and their fantasy may be to meet a 6 foot, 6 packed adonis. If they dont get any luck then am sure in time they 'may' replax their standards or what they are looking for. As long as people meet their requirments though, they will continue to have their preferences.

Have you ever tried to put two weebles together? just doesn't work. You need a slinky to wrap round the weeble. Or a Mr Potato head and a Mrs Potato chip to get the best fit.

It's not different on here than it is in wider society. Some people prefer the fuller figure, some people like lithe / athletic, some people aren't fussed either way.
As regards practicing what you preach, again what you prefer is a personal choice. Just because you are big doesn't mean you should fancy big people too and the same thing goes for thin people.
I have 2 people in my life. My Mrs is a biggish girl and she likes stocky / rugby / big built men.
I also have a long standing male fb. He is 29/30 waist, goes to the gym 5 times a week and has got muscles upon muscles but he is only attracted to fat men.
He knows he looks good but what he looks like isn't attractive to him.
I've been out with him socially and he literally could have pretty much anyone he wanted but he shows absolutely zero interest in anyone unless they are B.I.G ! |

I agree with the op. We look after ourselves physically and hygiene wise....but we do not judge others on their appearance, although hygiene should go without saying!!
With us it is peronality all the way....
We have seen some profiles where "Pot Kettle calling and Black" could be put into a well known saying...

didnt mean bigger people have hygiene issues lol!! just meant thats a whole other thread! ive met skinny people in the past who have stunk to high heavan, met some larger ladies who have smelled good enough to eat (and no they didnt smell of cake or bacon butties lol!!) |

Everyone has their type, doesnt mean they have to look like that....otherwise I would be looking for a woman who is 5'10 with short hair, no boobs and a penis 
On a serious note though everyone has preference and if i dont think im what they are looking for I dont email....I tend to stay away from profiles that state must be vwe, good looking, six pack, good body etc as feel far too pressured to live up to their standards! |

Here we go again, someone taking umbrage because they're some how excluded!
I'm not attracted to big men and I don't play with black men either. As I'm very big we'd never meet in the middle, I like my men slim, so they can fit snuggly into my nook and crannies.
My personal preference doesn't mean I think any less of a big man. By the OP reckoning I should only play with big black blokes.
The things I read on these forums on a daily basis makes me miss the intelligence of the "would you" type threads!  |

I think the point that the OP was trying to make , (and i agree with him here) because ive sen many a profile with such requests . Why use a derogatory discription like 'beer belly'or use it as a discription of unnatractiveness when the person fits that description themselves . why not say fuller figured or BBM or a million other ways to describe someone with a xxl waistline ? just my take on it . dont want to put words in OPs mouth . |

im nothing special, ive had 3 kids, got saggy boobs, baggy belly and stretch marks but i like fit, toned guys and i have every rights to do so

Lol I think they are fine, I have had fun with guys with a beer belly before....although to he was not hairy (bears are not my thing lol).
I also don't mind women who have extra and really doesn't think it gets in the way.
It it everyones preference. Personally I don't judge a person on their size but on their face and smile and above all personality.

I think the smile is the thing that attracts me the most.
