Sometimes I wonder if the subject message even gets looked at? Is there anything you ladies would suggest to make my messages stand out from the rest?

It's not the subject, it's that first line. Most of the ones we send to the trash happen because of a first line that's so bad we don't even open the message. |

Interesting. What constitutes a good message? For me its tricky. Youre trying to convey your personality over a text to somebody you dont know. Its difficult to balance that without seeming like youre trying too hard. Also, I find 99% of my messages get deleted anyway, so sometimes its hard to find the motivation to write well. |
