..what you've eaten the day of a meet? Especially if it's a bit impromptu?

I'm on a massive health kick (7kgs down in 2mths yay), so I'm training hard and eating clean- lots of greens, eggs, fish (sometimes).

Then I start to panic before a meet, am I going to "taste" of garlicky broccoli!!!! "Should I warn him", "maybe I should tell him not to bother going down there" etc etc

If I know a day or so in advance I'm meeting someone, I become so conscious of my diet!

As a person who is very keen on personal hygiene, you can imagine why this on my mind!

I don't stress about it. I usually know well in advance when I'm meeting, so won't eat anything too smelly or wind inducing. I do still sometimes cook for my son, before leaving,so warn that I might have a hint of eau de garlic on my hands. I do scrub them though.

...

I was talking to a chap the night before our meet about dinner.

He had eaten garlic and all sorts, I saw it as a free pass to indulge in the garlic mayo I wanted
