There's things I'd like to change on the site & im sure we all get the good & the bad on here, I'v been on different websites but I just feel safe to meet on here as it's the only one I know that has verifications about the people you would like to meet, so it's a 10 out of 10 for fabswingers. |

It's good to check verifications to get a feel for the people you're meeting but don't just rely on that. I'm sure you have other safety precautions in place like always letting someone else know where you are etc. |

"Veris don't mean that much. Considering you can easily create multiple accounts and veri yourself..."
Not sure how seeing as you need to be verified to be able to leave a verification. |

I find it odd that people let verifications lull them into a false sense of security. They mean nothing.
Some guy is rough and hurts a woman he meets. She leaves a horrifying verification. Think he's going to show it?! |

Obviously BUT if there are several verifications saying he's a gent ect it's more relaxing, I'm not saying it's fool proof but it's safer than dirty fish ect |

Why does anybody bother reading the verifications?
I think (in general) they are a complete waste of time. I'm fed up of reading the same cliche-ridden, back-slapping nonsense stock phrases.
Verifications are there to say that the person in the profile is the person on the doorstep. A verification from a club or a webcam is totally pointless too.
I'm increasingly frustrated with the people who think verifications are some sort of opportunity for a tripadvisor style review. Yes, mine are not public. And no, none of them that I have accepted give any explicit details.
The only people obsessed with verifications are those that don't have them. Surely an amazing profile and pictures, combined with an engaging message tone is likely to make the impression you want. And is there any better way to gauge what people are like than to actually chat to them on the phone first...? |

I agree. I feel most comfortable on this site and would rate it a 10 as well. Well designed site & wonderful gems can be found as far as members |

a quandary, could you change my mind? |

Would she even give a veri? I don't think so and I very much doubt most would report it to admin either, which then puts other fabbers at risk.
Verifications help but it is of course only part of the story. |

most we can do if we have a bad meet is not verify them as genuine, sadly. |

Exactly. But some people think verifications keep them safe. |

It might work if a negative veri could be compulsory to display. Perhaps if leaving a bad veri the text could be hidden and just a 'negative' rating given a little like eBay feedback? and a report to admin sent with a reason why, instead? |
