It's not unusual. It happens rather often. After all, work and sex aren't mutually exclusive.
Working relationship provide the perfect opportunity to get to know each other and build up attraction. |

Be very careful. I did, sessions at work with a colleague, however she couldn't resist telling people, and we both ended up getting the sack, nearly destroyed my life. |

You should've claimed for unfair dismissal. Noone can sack you for sleeping with a colleague or whoever you want to. Even if you've screwed the manager's wife |

It started with a Valentine's card from her to me and lasted 3 years. Always careful to be professional and distant in work. But lunchtime car rendezvous and days off spent in bed together remain happy memories even after 25 years. |

Worked well for me several years back.....I was 39, experienced in the role. She was 29 and new to the job. I was sort of her "mentor". Taught her a lot....both on the job and extra-curricular.
Never any problems over a six month period. We both knew it was "casual" and it caused no problems or friction.
However we told no-one at work and as certain as can be no-one guessed anything.
After six months she moved on...promoted with my help. I've since also moved on. Mutually benificial you could say...so it worked well.
In my cypurrent job there was a similar thing between another manager and a younger female colleague....that really went tits up though....so beware of (1) where you are. (2) how you play it! |

We met at work, got together after a few months, been together now 14 years and married 9 this year so yeh it sometimes works. Still love her to bits and she still turns me on more than anyone I've ever known  |
