Report the missing items to them. There help desk is awesome. And get things out in error quick.
But failing that there's lots of other shops around. If you are close to the A1 a whole chain of them up and down it. |

Weirdly, I can't find a single 20m rope on bondarra. Or 3m. Only 5, 10 and 1.83. So is the problem that you didn't actually buy the items?  |

Just buy 8mm or 10mm cotton rope elsewhere. If you're tying people up with rope you've bought on a sex site... you most likely shouldn't be tying people up. Get yourself along to a peer rope workshop and learn the basics, and buy some rope there that has been hand conditioned (and will be cheaper, no doubt). |

Buy 2 x 10m ropes and tie them together = 20m rope  |
