Does it?
Does anyone reply to a wink I do if theyre local to me, beyond that I dont see the point as to me a wink is the first step in an introduction and highly unlikely I'll be meeting with someone from Orkney anytime soon.
I send winks and do get some response - maybe 20/80 which is shit statistic really.
So are winks worth it? |

"If a woman winks then they're guaranteed a response, if a guy winks then no chance!"
I had a great meet when I was here before from a wink. Mind you she sent it, on the rare occasions I've winked - nothing! |

Only if we find them attractive, we feel that we have to respond to ANYONE that we're not interested in... although we will always respond to messages.

Most would say no as there is mass confusion on what they are actually for and everyone is different.
I, myself, use winks to register interest in another's profile and if I get a wink back, I see it as a green light for sending a message.....of course this method is ok, but sometimes I will just send a message outright |

We use winks. If we receive a wink that we like we will send one back (our generosity knows no bounds). We would then expect a message if the winker was interested! |

Yes most definitely. I've blocked single men but if they wink me, i will look at their profile and anyone else who winks me. I prefer them to messages. There's no awkward messaging. You don't have to say no to anyone. Really cuts down on the work you have to do. I don't know why anyone wouldn't like them. |

"We think winks are lazy, the only resonce from us is a block"
I don't get this logic. We wink. We are not lazy. Why would you assume we are lazy. I really dont think people deserve blocking for it. You could be missing out on so many gems with your attitude. |

"Depends.....more likely to work for females.
I've had a couple of meets that started with a wink being sent my way!
All my meets started with winking."
Winks from you or to you? Or both? |

We use winks as an ice breaker for couples and single ladies.
As for single blokes, if we get a wink then generally they get checked out....if we think they fit what we are looking for we get in touch....same with couples and ladies who wink at us first |
