I see a few large socials. What happens at these? Are they just socials? Or is the fun to be had whilst at these? Or you meet and go your owns ways after wards with ppl you have met? |

Yeah clue is in the name, unless they are at a club possible play after. Just networking trying to line up potential meets.

The socials we have been to have been great it's just like going to someone's party where you don't know anyone but everyone is willing to talk and get to know you. Some are organised like bday parties and we have been to a stag/hen do one too. If you ever get the chance to go then I'd highly recommend it x |

A social is exactly what it says on the tin. If you go have no expectations beyond meeting, chatting and getting to know people that you might play with at a later date. |

I went to one and had an amazing time. I met a few people who have become playmates and had a little taster of cheeky fun on the night.
Highly recommend them |

There are loads in South Wales, many with over 100 people attending, but the rules are pretty much the same.
As they are held in pubs etc, there is no playing, everything is kept very civilised. People drink, dance, chat, network, and talk to people they may have contacted via Fab.
Many will book a local hotel, and there are often "apres social" room parties, where the fun happens lol! |

they're what they say they are generally particularly if they're in mainstream venues. We have, however known play to ensue elsewhere after socials and often end up with a houseful of friends following socials we've held or attended locally.
They're a completely pressure free opportunity to meet likeminded people face to face with people you may or may not click with from a swinging point of view...i think they're especially good for single guys wanting to be seen and known as reliable and for single women wanting a safe introduction to people...we've always enjoyed them apart from one we attended at a swinging club which was awful and nearly put boobs off clubs altogether |

It's a great way to meet like minded people.
The forums, a place to interact with whoever, on the threads, and the socials, a place, to put real faces, to avatars.
I recently attended the secret London tea party.
Met some great people, d*unk beer, and became addicted to raspberry sweets.....
