I like this one. You need a pack of cards. You cut the cards to see who deals first then take it in turns to deal. You get one card each face down, then all turn the cards over together, the one with the lowest card has to remove an item of clothing. (if 2 people have the same lowest card then they cut the cards to see who loses). The person with the highest card gets to say which item and can nominate anyone to remove it. (be sensible though – no removing underpants whilst still wearing trousers) if two highest card the same, again cut to see who wins. Shoes and socks count as a single item.
