The only times I've found positions uncomfortable have been unique to specific partners e.g. they are not flexible that way; they or I get cramp because of our respective sizes.

I'll be honest though I have not tried every position there is so there could be some I would always find difficult and uncomfortable.

The only position I like with me on top is when I'm kinda scissoring him.... that feels great and is a much more comfortable position

No a position I don't like, but: 'New Guy' who attempts doggy as the first position. It's the last time they meet me. Doggy is fine for later once intimacy is established.
