There are plenty of videos on the web to help you. Make sure you prep... A lot of people forget this. Douching is essential, but not too much.lube obviously , maybe a small butt plug for half hour first...etc.. My OH and I are both relatively new to anal. My advice would be not to go straight in with anal - relax as much as you can and maybe try out a butt plug first to get your 'bum' used to it - also we have just discovered that silicone based lube is brilliant and so much better than water based as it doesn't dry up! check the lube is are condom safe (otherwise it can rot them) -assuming your using them, to prevent bacteria that exists in one place doesn't get transferred to place it should'nt. |
