My response was more down to dangerous driving, i have phoned the police before when I've thought someone's driving was likely to cause an accident. Seeing a man touching themselves in public, I'd think dirty old man wouldn't be a turn on in the slightest

I wouldn't notice. I'd be surprised if anyone could see someone wanking in their car as they drove beside them. You can only see their head and shoulders most of the time
