What is the best area in the country for swinging?

Blackwater

We live in a complete swinging dead zone with very little happening. Whenever we browse we see lots of meets in other areas of the country. Is that just an illusion?

From our perspective, Essex and Kent seem the most active.

We get no shortage of fun up here in the North West. Easy travelling to a lot of places with motorway links as well.

I think Birmingham and the SW have an unfair advantage clubswise, and I always get a meet when I am in Bristol. Lots of nice evenings in Leeds and other parts of Yorkshire, but York is a dead loss mostly.
