How annoying is it when you've been chatting to someone for ages, and you get around to organising a meet, and the next day you wake up to find, user no longer on site! I know that it probably means the 'woman' you were talking to was probably a Glaswegian welder called Clive, and you've had a lucky escape, I just wish that people were more honest! From now on, I'm setting my filters to only verified people to be able to contact me. Rant over! Lol! I'm honestly a happy chap normally, this has just pissed me off a bit, happened 3 times in as many weeks. |

Less effort doesn't sound right, let's say we don't push for a meet, don't suggest it, don't make them instant friends nor go to other means of communication. If they are still around in a few weeks most of the time we are surprised.

I think if someone is genuinely who they claim to be, then the issues I've had won't rear their heads, it's just frustrating at times. I do understand that as a single male, my profile is a drop in the ocean, I'll just have to persevere as best I can. |
