Ok we've got the fit, athletic and who knows what else threads most of us don't fall into. How about the middle aged and above who look after themselves and think they are doing ok for their age. |

Having lost three and a half stone and entered my 50's in the last 18 months or so I can honestly, and confidently say I'm looking better now than I have since probably my mid to late 20's   |

I've looked generally better bodywise since I hit my late thirties and now forties than I have the entire rest of my adult life. Not great but demonstrably better. If only I'd figured out how to do that before gravity took its toll; I would have been dangerous.  |

Well it's a compliment isn't it
Ie you don't look your age or your very fit

If 50 counts as middle aged these days then got that part. Apparently I don't look it.
Need a bit more work on the bod though, arms and legs ok, but mid - room for improvement.
