I was reading a book as part of my studies and this line really caught my eye ...so we often have the reason we publicly state...but is there a reason behind that?

Im here because after my last relationship ended, I made a conscious decision to broaden my horizons. Ive been on holiday by myself, tried new hobbies and foods and new sexual experiences. Definitely want to be in a new relationship but am going to find a partner who will let me be me this time. |

Why am i here? The truth is my personality does not suit celibacy.
I tried it for 7 years and nearly cracked up. (No i am not nor have been a preist).
This lifestyle fills a gap in my life that cants saddly be filled any other way at the moment. The reason for that is private and revealing it would be disrespectful.
I have found fun and friendship on the scene and I really enjoy sex. The feeling of being desired is like a cement filling a hole that otherwise would not be filled. The scene enables a less complicated and intrusive solution to helping me ballance my life.
And hell its great fun.

I used to think there were ulterior motives behind people getting into this.

Hubby and I are here because we sat down and figured that surely we can't be the only people in the world that think the way that we do about relationships and sex and friendship so we would seek out people who feel the same way. We were drifting from our vanilla social circles as we were finding less and less in common.

I'm here because I enjoy sex. And for those precious few evenings where me and the husband go to chams, or I get to play solo, I'm not a wife, or mom, I get to be me without having to worry about acting or behaving in a certain way.

Because were both horny fuckers who love clubs, being watched and enjoying other people, while secure in our own relationship.

I have no idea any more. When I joined 6 years ago I had several things I wanted to do. They are all done now. I'm certainly not on here for the meets as that seems to have fallen by the way side. Forums, maybe but I find people a bit more aggressive than they used to be. Symptom of what's happening around them I guess.

Well I'm here because of a failed long term relationship(23yrs). It was same old thing. Rub back massage legs oh your hard just Hurry up wtf. I decided there had to be better sex out there and to learn new things. I'm not saying goes I wouldn't want another relationship ever again but she would certainly have to be a special lady. After the heartache of a break up its hard to give someone your heart again and this seamed an ideal place to try new things. Pity I'm classed as an old fart as most of the people do love to chat to have age limits set at 40 lol. Sods law I guess
