It's depends on the context for me.

As an insult, it's not cool and I don't like how a women is deemed a slut/whore based on her sexual activities.

But, as praise I love it.

I like it when a woman enjoys being described as a slut....but am aware that many women don't like it.

I don't care for "slag" at all.

In the end, sex is about what works for everyone involved.
