I don't know why people even compare dating sites with swinging sites. I appreciate there are overlaps in that on swingers sites there are still single people looking for other single people. But the focus is very different, and I bet you sell yourself very differently on a dating site. But if dating sites gets you more sex then why bother with Fab?

Are you mainly looking for couples or singles? If you like couples I can certainly give you advise on what we look for in a single gents profile. If it's predominantly single ladies you want, it sounds like you're doing very nicely on POF and Tinder so why fix what's working well. |

Well for the area of your interests where you are seeking couples then obviously POF and Tinder will be totally useless. I think your profile is quite good, and what appeals is that you used to have a regular couple, so that would suggest that you understand the dynamics of playing with an MF couple, which many men don't get. Us as a couple are always very sceptical of singke men on Fab, as to whether they are genuinely interested in playing with a couple, or just want sex and will put up with the husband in order to get sex. We only pursue male profile where it is very obvious in the text or verifications that the man likes threesones and is experienced with couples. I personally get quite turned off by an excessive amount of cock pics, and we have probably passed some quality men by because of this. I also find your profile name a turn-off. I suspect I would find your POF and Tinder profiles a lot more appealing. |

Having used all 3 sites I agree that it's not valid to compare fab with a dating site at all. It's like saying that Tescos is a much better supermarket than HSBC.
Also, I think that the general level of attractiveness is higher on fab, as well as the number of men and so the competition is tougher if you are looking to meet women rather than couples. |

Fundamentally it makes sense that it's easier to get a meet via a dating site. There are lots of women wanting to date. Comparatively there are much fewer women wanting NSA sex, so there will be relatively few on Fab. I don't think I would use Fab if I were single, but as a couple we have no choice in the matter as dating sites are not for couples. Therefore we have to put up with the distastefulness. |

The answer to your question is simple.
The ratio of women to men profiles on POF or Tinder are alot more even.
So you have more chance of getting replies/dates etc.
Here you are one of many many men all chasing the few women members so the odds of you getting "lucky" so to speak are vastly reduced as opposed to the more even ratio of men to women on a dating site.
Thats is why guys find it easier and have more success on sites like Pof and Tinder. |
