It would be lovely, just once, to see swingers presented as, well, just people. Swingers are often portrayed as morally deviant; in this one, they are involved in murder.
As a society, we still seem much happier showing violence, anger, arguments, than portraying sex between consenting adults as something fun, wonderful, and uncomplicated. |

I agree, and it's a shame there seems to always be more to be made from the media by portraying it as a deviant lifestyle, usually where the poor woman is being forced to do it just to save her relationship etc etc.

I do like to watch these Euro-dramas on the basis that uk tv companies import the best ones. However I was rather disappointed with Swingers, full of cliché, annoying characters, and dreadful acting. Not a patch on Nordic Noir. |

Just watched the entire serious and i'm still from watching the last episode. I thought it was fantastic actually and i'm really pleased I watched it all. |
