This may be an odd question, but how come some guys have really very hard cocks and others not as hard. Think it's all about testosterone levels. Think the higher T levels leave you with longer and harder erections.
All I know is, in the mornings I don't think the T levels are to answer for that pain lol

Another big or not so big factor, is how turned on the guy is by the sex partner or the situation.
