you get a message from someone with no face pics but yum the other pics look good.

you build a pic in your head of what they look like rom the body pics and the description they give of themselves.

you chat / banter and get round to asking for the face pics.

you get the pics and they look nothing like how you envisaged them - sometimes in a good way, sometimes in a bad way !

please tell me i'm not on my own in being guilty of this

I love to place the "guess what I look like" game, except that I'm not shy, lol, but I'm not taking my shades off, well, not unless they ask nicely

Even when there are pics, you can't really be sure whether they'll look like their pics

yep had similar happen, body pics and personality that was coming thru when we chatted was fine. he sent his face pic and i was literally scared enough to hit the power button on pc to get rid of the image. yeh to me looks aren't that important to me but this guys face pic just freaked me out !!!needless to say i never met him lol

have also met decent looking people that are complete arseholes too though, so you can't always tell.

We played with a couple, separate room, and we both said we wouldn't meet them again. It could have been their way of getting their kicks, or may be we are a bit nieve, but it wasn't a good experience for either of us. We both ended our session "early" and scarpered.

ive been a swinger 9 years now and it comes down to expericance... after a guy turned cup at mine looking like quazy modo with a nose bigger then his cock if i dont see face pics before a meet and see people on a webcam then i wont meet ...simple as that... the genuine ones will have a cam and pics for you to look at. If they um n ah then id move one, its a sign something is wrong xxx

I meet a guy for coffee once his pics were great he looked the buisness i thought wow!!! when he showed up i couldnt believe how different he was he lost all the body that was in the pic even looked like he was a foot shorter.lol..the coffee was short lived i made an excuse and RAN...

pics only provide a 2 dimensional picture and people change

i try and put a few on - including 1 of me with sunburn lol (so people at least know what they're gettin physically)

but when u meet it's how they smell, how they're dressed (in other words how much effort they have made up front), their attitude, the way someone holds themself, conducts themself etc that makes all the difference

When I was a member of another site, there was a bloke on there, I was constantly sparring with. We were always respectful towards each other, we just had very opposing views, on well, most things. His avatar was a gorgeous full sleeve tattoo, and his pictures insinuated someone quite muscly, and totally yummy. So I was quietly excited to see his name down for a munch that I was attending.

When I finally met him, he was shorter then me, had the most annoying voice ever, and although he was muscly, it just didn't seem like the same person!!!

However, looks aside, we got on great, had some fantastic discussions that night, and although he's no longer active, he remains a close friend.
