My friend not me visited a club in manchester and has been ill with pluerisy suspects the jacuzzi according to doctors but also had oral without a condom and now has gonnorheah always play safe just a remider to all |

Sorry the pluerisy issue i should have said is what his doctor said and i am sure all jacuzzis are cleaned and checked emptied and refilled regularly the sti has been caught from oral sex without a condom something alot of people need reminding of the message is play safe |

it cannot be 'caught' from a jacuzzi!"

On top of pathogens that can naturally be found in water, humans also introduce their own share of germs when they slip into a hot tub. “The average bather has about a tenth of a gram of feces in his gluteal fold, which is a nice way of saying butt crack,” Gerba says. Um, did he get O level maths? 
Five times a tenth of a gram is only half a gram which is about one fiftieth of a tablespoon! There are plenty of bacteria for sure but hopefully not a tablespoon of poop!  |

Correct but infections manly viral can spread to the pleura and cause pleurisy.
It is therefore possible for you to catch a viral infection and it develop into pleurisy, so in everyday speak you could "catch" pleurisy |
