He's sort of right... band size is relative to cup size.
A 32G and a 34G are different sizes.
So would a 34J and 36J be different sizes.
Some people hear a larger letter size and assume it means huuuge boobs. But not always. And most women are in the wrong size bra. |

Exactly. I have a broad back and small boobs (36C). But I have the same size handful as a 32DD, although that same handful on a much slimmer back is a more flattering shape visually. The cup of a 34D or 32DD fits me beautifully, but the back strap will be too tight. |

I wear 34 back with Victoria Secret as they seem to be a bit more generous in the back strap, but on the whole 34 is way to tight on me. |

That because M&S measure the old fashioned way of adding 4 inches to your band size... bravissimo will be the correct size!
I thought I was a 38dd but am actually a 36g (but wearing a 38f from playtex as fits like a glove) |
