Me and my partner have just become members of Atlantis which is our local club. We are finding it a lil bit difficult approaching people in clubs. My partner is more chatty than me i tend to go very shy lol. Yeah my confidence has been put down a bit due to the BBW haters on here and It does make me feel a bit edgy. Dont get me wrong i love the lifestyle of it all, its actually improved my relatiosnhip and we have gained a few friendships aswell along the way. Just wondering if there is any advice people could give in ways of approaching and attracting people.

We're member of Atlanits, it's a great club!
We were nervous the first time we went, but we host closed our eyes and went for it. Also, ask Cat and Tag to introduce you to people. They know the regulars well, and are always willing to help |

I'd also recommend just starting to play together (if nothing's happening with anyone else) and see who approaches wants to join.
Might not be for everyone, I understand, but if you don't want to approach people it might be an easier way for you to kick things off

" A lot if 'ice' to break in clubs at times. The fear of rejection stops a lot of fun I think. I think activities help on certain nights etc, I also think wristbands are a good idea. You just have to put yourself out there, talk to people, socialise around the bar area. You kind of have to be outgoing in swinging. |

I work in a club and would say chat at the bar - the bar staff should get a decent convo going for others to join in with so you can then branch off.....
Otherwise if you have the confidence you can just start playing in an open area - good luck! |
